1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
    • You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content to be eligible for a refund.
    • No refunds will be issued if a course is purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
  • Internship Programs:
    • Refunds for internship programs are available within 5 days of registration, provided:
      • No certificates have been issued.
      • No course or assignment has been fully accessed or submitted.
    • After 5 days or once substantial progress is made, refunds are not applicable.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your full name, registered email address, course/internship title, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after access is granted.
  • Failure to complete the course/internship within the given time.
  • Technical issues not reported immediately or due to user-side limitations.

4. Course Access After Refund

  • If a refund is approved, your access to the course or internship content will be revoked immediately.
